Cascade Tool & Die has built hand held gauges for point of use at the machine. We have also built simple automated part inspection machines using position sensing cylinders controlled by a PLC. Single station fixtures for drilling and tapping are no problem. We have taken separate machining operations using the customers existing machine heads and automated them for increased productivity-see our special machine page. We've built holding fixtures for MIG welding, manual and robotic, as well as spot welding fixtures.
